Pros: The first thing i like about this would be the dynamic lining on the skin
second, i like the delicate touches you managed to give on the shading technique you're using
Cons: Gomen this may start to get a bit hard for me to make it sound soft.
Proportion, that's the first thing i noticed a bit out of place in the drawing.
Second, it would be nice if you had a proper angle of lighting, because looking at this i'm a bit confused of where the light is shining upon
Third, would be the different tones of lining and shading. The shading seems to be almost in the same tone all over some areas, and some of the linework is indistinguishable from other parts of the drawing (look at the fire).
Yeah overall, i say you have a good idea of what you want to do, all its about is really to hone your skills and in a while you'll get there.
My critiques aren't meant to bring you down but to correct what you need instead, so please don't take it the wrong way ^^
